About us

We are a Latin American organization made up of professionals with extensive experience in the production, distribution and marketing of food. Our team is made up of professionals in health, agronomy, sociology, microbiology and food sciences. They are also entrepreneurs, who become a stimulus for many others who are starting out. Another objective is to sharpen the critical capacity of producers and future producers, focusing on simple, natural and sustainable methodologies. We offer personalized advisory services to companies, communities and individuals. We also offer training courses in different areas of production. We invite companies and entrepreneurs to contact us to talk. This School is focused on supporting, stimulating and promoting the production of natural foods in the Spanish-speaking world.

Andrea Luisa Del Federico

I am Andrea Luisa Del Federico, from Argentina, an Agricultural Engineer, with a specialization in Plant and Soil Sciences from UMASS. My role in this team is to be responsible for teaching courses and classes.


About my experience:

I worked at the Department of Agricultural Industries, FA UBA, for 14 years as a teacher of courses and in research work. I was an advisor in the area of entrepreneurship for the Government of the City of Buenos Aires. I provided and continue to provide advice to food and beverage producing companies.


I have also been a consultant in different rural communities, coordinating the municipal program "Huertas de Alta Gracia".

I was a guest technician for the special PESA-FAO-Venezuela Food Security program.

Natalia Fleitas

My name is Natalia Fleitas, Food Scientist.


I currently work as a technical advisor and my role in this team is to assist producers and entrepreneurs to carry out the necessary procedures such as licenses, both for products and for processing establishments.

 

I am a technician recognized by ANMAT for this, also, for the official training in "Food Handling".

Gabriela Pin Wash

I am Gabriela Pin Lavado, from Peru. I am a natural food entrepreneur. This business was born with the idea of saving time in the kitchen.


In my case, it all started with the pandemic that changed our lives, and we began to opt for new ways of communicating with other people.

    I found online courses and signed up for "Producing Your Food" and I liked it because it is personalized, since the objective is to learn from the most basic, and they advise us by urging us to think, to exchange ideas and experiences among the students. Now we are a group of people who, as part of the team, continue together advising each other and helping whoever needs it. We are people from different Latin American countries and we enrich the knowledge that allows us to learn to make preserved products, whether fruit, vegetables or meat, with the security of knowing that they are healthy, nutritious and harmless products for the health of all consumers. After making several products, soon they not only congratulated me, but they asked for more. Then it was my friends, and then the friends of my friends.
